Fill one-third of the bathtub with hot water. To prevent burning, cover your arms up to elbows in dense rubber gloves.Step 3:-
Dip the bent section of a particular vertical blind into hot water for two minutes.Step 4:-
Remove the warm vinyl from the hot water tub and tightly place it in between the four straight vertical blind panels.Step 5:-
Place spring-loaded clamps up and down the length of the vinyl stack to press them together as the central panel cools down. Take out the clamps and spread out the panel after 10 minutes of cooling.Step 6:-
Keep repeating the whole process of heating, pressing and cooling on each bent panel until they all get straight. More hot water can be added to the tub to maintain the proper warmth.Step 7:-
Use a soft piece of cloth to dry all the vinyl before installing them again. Open and close the blinds a few times for testing them.To maintain the blinds, some other simple ways can be followed such as-
