By accessing or using services provided by Sun Blinds Inc. ("Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • “Services”: All actions provided by the Company—including consultations, measurements, installations, sales, and deliveries of blinds and window coverings.
  • “Products”: All blinds, shades, coverings, and related materials offered by the Company.

3. Service Eligibility & Scope

  • Services are available to residential and commercial customers across Western Canada, including, but not limited to, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Red Deer.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine service feasibility and availability.

4. Quotation, Orders & Pricing

  • All prices provided are based on product selection, customization, and the scope of services. Price quotes are valid for a limited period and subject to change.
  • Installation is free unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may apply for hard-to-reach areas, special setups, or changes to scope.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm orders; balance to be paid as per invoice terms.

5. Measurements, Installation & Delivery

  • A free in-home measurement is offered; customer-provided measurements are used at their own risk.
  • All installations are executed by trained professionals; the company is not liable for improper use after installation.
  • Delivery timelines apply; delays due to material shortages, weather, or other causes beyond the Company's control may occur.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

  • All Products come with a lifetime limited warranty on materials and mechanisms. Terms and conditions of warranty coverage, including exclusions (e.g., improper use), will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation site.
  • Any structural changes or preparation for installation are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Clear instructions must be given for installation location and electric access (for automated options, if applicable).

8. Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer within a specified window (e.g., 24–48 hours) before fabrication or installation. Cancellations after this window may incur fees.
  • Returned Products must conform to the Company's return policy. Custom items may be non-returnable unless defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly warranted.
  • Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of affected Products or Services. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded—except where prohibited by law.
  • Liability for personal injury or death caused by the Company's negligence is not excluded.

10. Indemnification

  • Customers agree to indemnify Sun Blinds Inc. for any claims, damages, or losses arising from improper product use or violations of these T&C.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content—images, branding, catalogues—is owned by Sun Blinds Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Modifications of Terms

  • The company may update these T&C at any time by posting changes on its website. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&C are governed under the applicable laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
  • Disputes should first be directed to the Company’s contact/severity resolution team; if unresolved, they may be escalated to arbitration or courts in Alberta.
